HAVE YOU EVER WONDERED WHEN YOUR STREET IS DUE TO BE CLEANED.?

North Devon District Council has recently reorganised the way the streets are cleaned in Ilfracombe with the hope that this will improve performance and appearence. If you have noticed any improvements in street cleaning or any areas looking particularly clean please pass your comments onto
     
Similarly if there are any areas or streets that you think need attention please use the same address to let the street cleaning team know'.

All About Street Reps

Q: Who are we?

A: We are volunteers who represent the street we live in

Q: What do we do?

A: We report environmental issues in our street. It could be litter, dumped rubbish, weed growth, faulty street lights, dog poo, graffiti or anything else we notice.









Q: Who do we report to?

A: The relevant department responsible for the problem. This could be the Highways Department, Environmental Health, Greensweep, the Town & Local Councils, District or County Councils, South West Water - in fact anyone who might be able to help solve the problem.

Q: Why do we do it?

A: We do it because we care. We want to improve the place we live in & to make the local area a cleaner, safer & greener environment for everyone.

Q: Are YOU interested?
